Introduction:
By introducing GSM/GPRS communication mode, the remote monitoring system for prefabricated
substation can realize wireless data transmission not only via GSM network but also via Internet
GPRS network. The main function of the system is to remotely monitor the operational status of the
substations by mobile monitors and control center.
GSM/GPRS technology allow us to automatically collect metering data and transfers that data to a
Server for Record, analysis, History and Record purposes. Detailed Consumption data can be
collected continuously at Predefined Intervals and can be read remotely via an automated process.
